[Gameplay bug] Vi's Q not working after receiving multiple CC to interrupt.
After ulting Anivia, I tried to cast Q with Vi. I get interrupted by 2 CCs, 1 from Anivia and another from someone else and from that point on, the Q couldn't be used again.

One of my team members a couple days ago was also not able to get Vi's Q to work towards the end of the game. I can confirm that I have also seen this bug.
