[Gameplay] Orb of Winter shield not working on Blitzcrank

In my most recent ARAM game I played Blitzcrank, and the shield from Orb of Winter would not soak damage. In other words, the grey bar would always be there, even as my health was reduced to zero. That happened a lot of times. I don't know if it also happened with the shield from Blitz's passive because I died so quickly and so often, but it seemed like the same thing happened there.

Shields worked just fine for members of the opposing team. I also had a Banshee's Veil, and that worked like it should.
