[Gameplay] Luden's echo and Ezreal Mystic Shot

There is either a tooltip error (in which case luden's has been designed to behave inconsistently) or the interaction between Luden's Echo and Mystic Shot is bugged. Mystic shot adds Luden's stacks like any other spell, but does not consume them. The bug should be very consistent, to demonstrate anyone should be able to purchase Luden's Echo on Ezreal, use mystic shot to generate item charges (the possible consistency issue) and then not be able to discharge the fully stacked luden's using Mystic Shot
