*GAMEBREAKING* Kayn can't transform Bug

I just went into a ranked match as Kayn, I was doing super well and then i got to my transformation. I went to click on it, nothing. Nothing at all. No transformation. I decided to disconnect and reconnect in hopes that i could, then the option to transform was completely gone. I was forced to stay normal Kayn all game. I fell off like a truck, did 11k damage even though i did best on my team because i couldn't change. Lost 21 LP because of this. Thanks Riot.

I don't know how to recreate this, it happened on its own. Nothing i could do to fix it at all.
