[GAMEPLAY] Galio Passive "Loss of Control" Bug

When Galio's passive is active, if he begins an auto attack on a character that then becomes untargetable, Galio becomes frozen in place and uncontrollable for a while.

The easiest way to reproduce this is facing a Fizz - if you go to auto attack him with Galio's passive, and at the same time you start the attack, Fizz uses Playful Trickster, Galio will freeze and you will lose control of him for a period of time.

When facing someone like Fizz, this is a bug that can cause a lot of frustration and issues in lane.
