[CLIENT/CRASH] Black Screen After Champ Select and Launch Button Doesn't Work

So to start out I was having the issue where once the game progresses beyond champion select you get a black screen and it tells you to check your connection. I actually first had this problem a few months ago and stopped playing for a while. During this time I moved to a new state and when I started my computer back everything worked okay.

Yesterday I started getting the black screen issue again. Just as I did last time, I tried every suggested solution I could find online; nothing worked. Finally today I broke down, uninstalled, and reinstalled. Now when I open the launcher and click the launch button, all league related programs immediately cease. I've checked the task manager and every relevant program just disappears when I hit launch. I've tried every solution I can find for this problem as well and so far nothing has worked. I'm at a loss. No clue what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

i just finished me leaverbuster i got leaverbuster because of this problem many times -___- and today it happened again, as soon as i finish my LB(leaverbuster) the same problem happened, blackscreen after champion select and i could see the match result after the remake, so that means the game just banned me from getting into the game/match/summoners rift, anyway i am talking with the third person of support guys just to solve this problem, and i tried to asked them to remove the LB from my account, and they said they cannot touch it or do anything to it. so yeah i hope they manage to fix it, i get this problem after few games.
