My PBE account does not have IP/RP

I recently got a new PBE account and When i logged on i was level 30 but i had no IP/RP. I was told to play a game and after the IP/RP would appear, but so far i have played a game, got IP from that game and nothing has happened now. Im level 30 with only IP winnings from that game?

Any fixes/ thoughts?

Takes a little while for it to fix. Was the same for me when I got my account (also, PBE boards are a thing)

Hey Mango Bango -

Thanks for the report! There is an issue on our end in regards to awarding proper IP and RP on the PBE and we're working on a fix.
