Patch 5.23 Vel'Koz animation lock

Played support bought a , and I experienced an animation bug. What happened is on my first auto attack there was no attack animation but the other animations were fine, second attack it locked the animation in whatever animation is was performing. When I interacted with champions occionally it would set vel'Koz into his default animation (where he has his tentacles streight out) anyways its a small bug and dosnt require immediate attention.

I saw this earlier against an Arclight Vel'Koz and went to test it out myself in a custom as his base skin (since I don't own any skins of his) and it wasn't happening. Were you using that skin? If not it might just be a random thing that can happen in games from time to time.

I am actually finding new very minor animation bugs with Velkoz this patch is full of them, even if the animation lock doesn't happen. Example, last game is played the level up arrow above my q stayed there the entire game
