Kleptomancy, at least on nasus's q some times doesn't protc the +5 gold on every enhanced auto, only most of the time.

So you get "only gold or only items" instead of "only gold or both"? Is it only on Nasus and only his Q or on other champs as well?

I see no problem here. You either get gold, in the form of 5 gold, or a Sly Sack of Gold, or a consumable
