[Gameplay] Q/W/E/R intermittently do not activate on button press

In the last few days, I've experienced what I'm willing to call a bug. Abilities periodically do not activate. At multiple times during a game the in-game 'click' sound of ability buttons being pressed (not the 'spell not available' sound) is audible, but targeting does not appear and abilities behave as if buttons have not been pressed. I have tried different keyboards and mice but the intermittent bug still arises. Reproduction is unreliable due to the nature of the bug and it seems as though previous reports on similar bugs have gone unanswered. I don't believe the solution boils down to player reaction or hardware latency, I believe commands are potentially being dropped or not processed correctly by the game as I've not experienced any similar issues with other games or with typing. I've experienced this bug while playing ARAM with Nami and Morgana

This exact thing just happened to me and continues to occur in custom games. I was playing Kat on Summoners Rift. My Q, recall, and ult don't work, but still show the casting area, and target icon for the mouse cursor, and also make the click sound when they're selected, as usual.

Upvoted :p but yep, I just submitted a ticket to Riot about the same issue, but with me, it was my W, E, and R skills on Sion and Annie in ranked. I've talked to another friend about it, and they said the same with LeBlanc's ulti as well.

Edit: It also makes it to where I can't type certain letters in chat at random times as well, which probably accounts for what is happening.

Get this too every now and then. Mostly noticeable when i try to Zyra combo Q-W or some other form of the plant combos.
