Lower priority Queue Bug

I am in a low priority queue even if i haven't left game recently, but lets say for the_ sake of argument I did and got into a low priority queue_, I played my guitar waiting for the 20 minutes to finish only to find that once the 20 minutes are up the** counter restarts**. I am so confused, that's a bug right?

Ok it happened once but it was a 40 min wait holy crap.
