I am not receiving confirmation email

Hello, I am not receiving the confirmation email. I posted a ticket in the player support only to be answered by a bot. I tried the option to ask for human assistance but it requires an account with a verified email.... quite a loophole. What do I do next?

I mean, you could verify your account?

Edit: also, if that is what you are trying to do, then check your spam.

I cannot verify my account is my problem, that's what my ticket was about. I received a confirmation about the ticket i posted on my email, but I cant do anything as my email is not verified? I did check my spams.
