Slow patch downloading speed

I am having serious trouble with downloading the newest Aatrox update. My internet downloading speed is about 3000 kb/second and new almost 5 GB uptade takes approximately 1150 minutes to download. I dont think that the problem is with my computer nor internet, can someone please help me?
