But the OP's complaint may be valid, depending on what exactly happened (it's not really clear). If they forgot to buy items and then were just bad at CSing because of it, there's nothing there that should have made a remake available to his team. That assumes they were connected to the game from the start. If this is the case, then it does sound like it's possible they were falsely flagged, somehow, as AFK or DC'd.
More realistically, the OP probably didn't give us all the information on what happened. I'd guess they didn't load into the game right away. They probably had to reconnect, and got into the game over 1.5 minutes in (sufficient to allow a remake vote). They were in a panic because of getting into the game late, forgot to buy items and just ran to lane.
HexaDecimel1 votesI was kind of assuming that he arrived late because the system is suppose to detect a disconnect in order to allow for a remake. And if it was a glitch then it should be fixed. But if the system allowed me to legally get out of a game where the odds weren't in my favour I would take it with zero complaints, lol.
