i was just in a ranked game and i forgot to buy items and in lane i was not able to get minions and than i recalled and my team was able to remake and i got leaver buster and lost lp riot pls take leaver buster off my account and give me back my lp****

Look at it from your teammates point of view. They are in a ranked game with a player that is forgetting to buy items and unable to CS. If you were in their position wouldn't you want to remake the game for a chance at better odds?
