[GAMEPLAY/MINOR GAMEBREAKING] Mirage Blade CDR bug - Black Market Brawlers

So this is a pretty gamebreaking issue, I only picked up on it recently, however I have successfully recreated it multiple times.

If a Mirage Blade is purchased, it will show 10% on the CDR counter, however this will INCREASE all your cooldowns by the said amount. When I tested this on Miss Fortune it raised the cooldown of my Q - Double Up from 3 seconds to 3.3 seconds. Any CDR items purchased or blue buffs obtained after this will "reduce" it back to 0%, and from there it will proceed to increase like normal and reduce your cooldowns properly. Selling the item will return your CDR to 0%, and any further CDR item purchases will work as normal.

For the record I was playing Miss Fortune using the Captain Fortune skin however I feel this won't matter, as I'm pretty sure it's an item bug.

Please upvote this so Riot can notice and do something if they have intentions of putting some of these items in the main game one day.

Not likely to garner too much attention as the game mode is temporary, however a quick fix would be awesome :) Run into this as well and wondered WTF happened when I bought it >.<

Yeah I got the same problem and was going to report it but looks like somebody did me a favor, I like mirage blade and I hope the cool down reduction glitch gets fixed.
