Joining Games not working

Trying to play ranked this morning and I hit the accept button nothing happens for about a minute. Then I have to hit the join a game button again to re-enter the game queue. SAme thing so I restarted my CPU and I have to wait 20 some odd minutes because it said I abandoned to many queues or games. WTF riot!!? It's also been freezing right after the load process so I have to restart my cpu and reconnect which by then i'm about 6 minutes behind in the game and everyone is flaming me. Please do something about these issues.
