No reward ?

So i had this ghost game going on where the client thinks i am still in a game but the game doesn't exist ...anyways after 3-4 hours i was able to log back in an play other games and i noticed that i didnt get any reward for that game nor ip neither keys and chest or tokens although i am preaty sure i got a least an s after a surrender and my final score being about 13/1/9....i think thats really unfair.. i consider it a bug ..will i ever get those lost rewards back ?( also the game is not in my match history)
