Reporting still queues you with the same player you reported

In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], [CRASH], etc. GAMEPLAY

In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering. Reported another player and immediately matched with them again (ranked).

Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Report someone. Requeue.

Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it. Probably not a common issue, but basically guarantees I lost the next game because the guy refused to even play the game seriously and flames the entire game instead of playing. Lost two ranked games because of the same guy when it could have just been one. Purely a failure on the part of Riot.

Can supply screenshots but there's no way to upload them here apparently. I guess that's a bug, too.
