Tristana Ulting Fizz

I was just in a ranked game playing as fizz, on the other team was a Tristana. When she ulted me in a team fight she took the ability to use my E (playful Trickster ) away. Then in the next teamfight she ulted me a 2nd time and it went back to where i could use it.
