hi! i'm happy to finally have had this caught on video. i was playing a normal with some friends and this bug happened which can be pretty game changing. it's been happening for a while but ive never been able to catch it. any thoughts? 
It's a bug (or at least I think it is), but the bug isn't Lux's ult doing no damage. If you look closely, Lux got knocked back by Gragas' right before her ult would have dealt damage. My guess is this caused the hit box of her ult to move with her, so it fired from her new spot instead of where she was before the knock back. Again, if you look closely at the Lucian, you will notice that he actually does take damage from Lux's ultimate when he dashes, which supports my theory.
Now, I think the bug is that her ult's hit box is supposed to still fire from her original position if Lux get's displaced (at elast according to the wiki, that's what is supposed to happen), but in the video, the hit box actually moved with her.
