Hextech Box Crash/Bug [Client] [Crash]

Steps to that I took that led to Client crash and missing Hextech box bug:

1. Start a normal summoner's Rift draft pick name.
2. Pick Jinx as adc champion.
3. Forfeit the game very early at about 20mins. (My team lost)
4. When game is over, I got S rank and was rewarded with a Hextech Box.
5. Went straight into Hextech Crafting and proceeded to open a Hextech Box.
6. Client freezes and crashes.
7. Restart Client, Log in, Go to Hextech Crafting, and notice Hextech Box missing.

In conclusion, the Hextech Box I received disappeared, the weekly Hextech Box was also shown as being claimed and I can not get another one for a week after. On the Champion Page, it shows that I already received a Hextech Box on Jinx and there was no sign of anything that came from the box.
