[GAMEPLAY] Heimerdinger turrets not targeting inhibitors
I've had multiple games where as Heimerdinger I would throw down all my turrets and super turret to quickly backdoor an inhibitor. On some of these games my turrets would unexpectedly just stop shooting the inhibitor, I've noticed it happens after the turrets clear an enemy minion wave, or when an enemy champion enters and then exits its attack range. I've been able to recreate this in a custom match as following.
1: Enter a 1v1 with either a bot or friend to clear minion waves. 2: Push up to the inhibitor in any lane. 3: Allow the enemy wave to push lane 4: Between waves, run up and put a turret down in range of the inhibitor before the next wave spawns 5: Put a turret down as the first turret targets the minion wave 6: Toss down the third turret as the wave is being cleared 7: Throw in your super turret (I'm not sure what causes the turrets to stop firing, sometimes a minion is just outside their attack range, and sometimes no minions are left, sometimes only one turret shuts down, sometimes all of them, and sometimes none.) 8: If the turrets work still, run away, let the inhib respawn and try again, the way above is just the way I made it happen in a custom game (Minus the super turret)
I feel that this bug is related somehow to caster minions being able to hit turrets while remaining out of the attack range of them/turrets shooting caster minions that are outside of the attack range circle.

As you can see the middle turret is not firing on either the inhibitor or the caster minion which is slightly in range (you can't see it on the recording)

I don't have any video capture software so I used the site above, it only keeps recordings for 7 days of inactivity to a maximum of 30 days. Skip to the 49 minute mark, the first attempt failed but the second one is where I got the screenshots.
