Vlad X fizz Bug

It has been a year since you guys had this happen and after multiple posts nothing has been done or even acknowledged.

When ever a fizz ults vlad and vlad pools the ult still does damage ignoring the pool.

This is a new bug you guys made during S4 and should be changed not completely ignored..
