GAMEPLAY BUG. Chilling smite doing full damage on champions.

The last games i´ve been playing "Riven" and have been building "Guardian´s Angel" And every jungler that used chilling smite on me, AFTER I revived from the GA effect, did the full damage to me with his smite.

I´m not sure how it works step by step, but I know that it always happens when I get "Guardian´s Angel".

I also saw the damage in the damage box, when you die.
