[GAMEPLAY] Kled doesn't regain courage when dismounted killing jungle minions

So this really hurts Kled jungle because when dismounted Kled regains courage through hitting epic monsters/ enemy champions/ and killing minions, except Kled doesnt regain courage when killing jungle minions, I am almost positive this is a bug, I imagine this isn't intended because wouldnt riot want more champion diversity. 100 percent replica-able in rift, on NA server.

This was intentional, Riot does not want Kled to be a jungler.

I remember when Kled was on the PBE before release and, dear god he was such an oppressive jungler. His ult back then used to stay the same 4800 range at all ranks. It was truly a sight to behold.
