[Gameplay] Vizier Malzahar skin and "Summon Voidling" buff glitch / bug

Hello,

As the title states, played Malzahar using the Vizier skin, due to some bug / glitch, "under Malzahar" you see (all the time) the ready to summon voidling animation (instead only after 4 spell casts, as intended). Noticed this occurring when laning phase starts and you start trading with enemy champ (so my guess is some champs bug it, or all, not quite sure).

PS: this happened only after the Malzahar texture "re-model", was fine before.

LE: tested with default skin as well, same issue ... there is a glitch somewhere with Malzahar, not only with that skin it seems.
