(Launcher?) Bug

So this happens about once a week sometimes 2 or 3 times a week but when I am trying to duo with my friend (or other people) and he starts searching my client doesn't register (i guess) that we are searching and he will join the game with 4 others on his team like i was never there in lobby.

My client wont realize hes not there and I have to leave the group that doesn't exist.

Idk what causes this and I cant tell you what might have triggered it (maybe huge packet loss?) I used the client like you normally would so i'm at a loss.
