Team Builder Icon No being Received

I have played multiple Games as a Fighter, probably 8 or 9, and i have still not gotten my Icon. Don't know what's going on, do i have to play different champions or...? I don't know, Would like some feedback if possible.

P.S. Have tried looking through all my icons, no just the "most recent", it's not there.
