Game Doesn't Load After Champ Select

I attempted reconnect five times, and gave it plenty of time to load. The new patch had been reinstalled directly before login. This is not the same as the 'failed to connect' bug as I didn't get a dialogue box.

I'm a bit cross that I got punished for leaving, it's got me unwilling to try another game today.
