[CLIENT] IP COUNTER BROKEN {REALLY ANNOYING}

In my client, I know that I have over 3150 ip, but less than 4800 ip based on what champions the game lets me buy, but the ip counter in the top right hand corner is telling me I have 5300 ip. This is not the first time this has happened. It persists through relogging and redownloading. I literally can not buy new runes because I cant tell how much Ip I even have to buy them.

Relaunch the legacy client and buy your items then proceed to the new client.
