Glitch in my account?

Hello, When I go on to the store and the 'Your Shop' it says I have all possible skins available normally. I have never received this message before until recently and I have been playing since Season 5.

It's a glitch that has happened multiple times recently, but haven't reported it until now because I never felt it to be necessary.

If a Riot employee could please help me that would be great and maybe even a no longer accessible skin for these troubles that I have been receiving? Such as PAX Jax, Rusty Blitzcrank etc.
