so i went into a game as Aatrox using the runes arcane comet and scorch

- for some reason this game tha runes were not working at all ~~~~

I had exactly the same bug. Comet and Scorch did 0 damage I did notice that my Q and my W did proc ON HIT effects e.g Red buff. So i could slow all targets that got hit by Q with red buff.
