Client Champ Select bug

the first pick stays on 0 sec i reset my internet so as not to doge, and then it stays at 30 sec and i cannot select a champ then tells me i dogged, it happend 2 time once i closed the cliont and the sed i dogged and got a 6 min timer the secound time i was not abel to pick so now i have a 30 min timer.
