Hextech Crafting ;-;

Real talk my dudes. Not sure if it's just me, but when I open Hextech chest, about 1 of every 20, I never get anything. Like, I click to open and it just freezes for a second. No opening animation, no chest for that matter. I have to restart my client because I can't click anything afterwards. And when I come back, there's nothing to new in my inventory. It just takes my key and my chest like pickpocket Twitch and leaves ;-;
