Xin Zhao Q Bug

Xin Zhao was bugged in a game I recently played. I started with Q in the jungle, and noticed right away his Q has stopped knocking up monsters. Moving forward his Q also stopped knocking up champions. This, however, changed when I killed the first scuttle crab. The knock up worked on the crabs and then started working on Gromp and some champions, but all other camps were unaffected and certain champions still didn't get knocked up. This went on the entire game.
