[GAMEPLAY]Championship Zed- When use W hen R , shadow from W will be at where your R's shadow is

On the new skin : Champion Zed, this skin has been a bit buggy. In my last zed gameplay, I found 2 bugs. One of them, happened quite often. I usually W to the side then use R on the enemy champion to combo, but as I press my R, the shadow from R comes out where I pressed it(Which is normal), but the shadow from W suddenly teleports to the shadow created by R, which is sometimes good and bad, causing them to stack on top of each other. Another bug is Championship Zed's W shadow disappears/fades but I can still use it. I found it happening at the enemy's inhibitor. I pressed W towards the inhibitor, I found it impossible to see or really hard to see.

 To create the first bug:
 1.Use championship zed skin
 2.Summon W to the side
 3. Press R to a champion
 50% of the time you will see shadow from W go to where the shadow from R is, I not sure if the shadow from W just disappears or it is stacked perfectly, but from the damage and appearance, it is 2 stacked together.
 To create the second bug: I do not quite remember fully how to recreate it.
 1:Use championship zed skin
 2:Go to the enemy inhibitor(Destoryed) 
 3:Press W to the edge of the inhibitor

I only found this happened once to me in the game, which means it is quite rare. But if this happened it will appear as nothing or just a tiny mark that can still copy Q E. I feel like this is a disadvantage to the enemy team since they would not recognize it. I only played with this skin twice and found happened in one of them.
