SpellFire theif sometimes wont work when autoing champs
I was in a game supporting and when I would auto the other bot laners spell first thief wouldn't give me money or activate at all. I don't know if its a bug or if it's supposed to be that way??

Tribute is disabled for 12 seconds after killing a minion. This is to prevent solo laners from picking it up and getting lots of extra gold. Once you upgrade to FQC the restriction is removed.
If you want to kill minions, try to proc all three charges of Tribute first so that it'll be recharging while you're unable to use it.
