Jhin W Passive visual bug

I play Jhin a lot and I have noticed since patch 6.9 that there is a very dangerous bug with his W. Sometimes a bug will pop up where the passive mark showing when you can root someone with his W is always present whether or not you can or not. This has caused me to be baited by the bug thinking I could root someone I could not, so yes this is affected mine and probably other Jhin players' performance. I linked the video as example because in the video the bug is apparent on the Jax at 4 minutes in (even though this is a replay, it is not just a spectator bug). Please fix this bug Riot.
