UI disappearing bug & Item slot bug

So I was playing ranked in NA ladder. As I was playing I was unable to move items to different slots, not a huge deal. But then I tried to see if it was a setting in interface that might have got checked or unchecked, and as soon as I hit esc. my UI disappeared. At first it was everything except my minimap. Then not even 3 seconds later my minimap disappeared. We still won but it was basically league on hardcore mode. Not sure how to add screenshots.
