Stuck at 33% Scanning Seemingly Endless Files

I understand this is a common issue considering all the time I've spent trying to resolve it and I've tried just about everything. I just restored all of the files i recycled and i need someone to tell me what is going to actually work. I've tried deleting C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_game_client\filearchives but it has not worked. Someone please tell me what will work.
