[Gameplay] OhmWrecker

So I purchased ohmwrecker on my blitzcrank support and I used it on the tower right as the shot was about to hit me because i didn't want to get hit by the shot. So when I did this my screen started flashing dark and light, sort of like a stroke effect. It maybe in combination with a surrender I will attempt to recreate this bug but how often do you get to build ohmwrecker anymore :c

This is frustating as a player because i don't want the storke effect when playing league of legends. Not sure if it resets on death because I haven't tried recreating it yet. This was my last game of the night #4am. Please fix this bug so that I can continue to use Ohmwrecker in the future and continue to .
