New Ashe Ultimate Bug
Ashe Ultimate hits(or at least looks like it) Lux but does not stun her. She then flashes but if the ulti hit her then she should but stunned, if it did not it should keep going. Looks like it just disappears.

you cant just say "new ashe bug 5.9" and upload a clip of something happening one time
there are plenty of one time only things that just kind of happen
however if it happens to you on a consistent basis and you can capture it multiple times or find out what is actually happening and reliably reproduce it, then by all means go ahead and post something

Can confirm this in one of my games. I wasn't the ashe, but the enemy Yi was charging for a teamate that was low health. Ashe ulted to try and save him, followed by Yi's Q. He did it early however, and popped up right on top of the arrow, which hit him but did nothing. I think the bug is if they displace themselves at the same time, even if it hits it won't do anything.
By the way, the Yi didn't dodge it, because it didn't continue to go. It stopped in his face. No banshies, no QSS, just stops.
I had something similar happen with a Nami ult. Basically, there was a LeB or Katarina (Can't remember the champion) in river bush near dragon (the island bush) and either jumped or distortioned away as my ult traveled over them. It caused my ult to end there (even though it was half way through the length of the skill) as if it hit a Braum shield or Yasuo Windwall. Neither of them were on the enemy team though. It was very strange but it only happened that one time.
Instantly thought of that when you posted this. Maybe it has something to do with more than just Ashe's Arrow.
Personally, this is just funny watching haha
