[CLIENT] [CRASH] loading screen bug,

I got a penality 2 times from leaverbuster because of some damn error that lol has it from 5.3 patch. First it was the lag that was imposible to fix it, then after a week the lag stopped, but then another problem begin yesterday. After champion select i was unable to start the game,sometimes i was stuck at the loading screen sometimes i got error,by the time i was able to enter it already got past 5 minutes and the leave buster gaved me first penality. Today i had 2 more games for my penality to end then it happened again. I was stuck at the loading screen with 0% for 10 minutes, i closed the lol then restard it,it took 2 minutes to start while other games are taking only a few minutes. I repeated this step a few times untill i was able to join the game.. it was a lost a game anyway.. Then i decided to join again...despite the 10 minutes penality. I was surprised to have the same problem again and again,i feel an urge to flame and to swear the riot staff for this, it took me 10 min to recconect having the error that i should check my internet connection while it was just fine,my pc and internet is healthy . i think i will get the third warnning because it took me those 10 minutes to join and leaver buster will give me again penality. Remove those penality i have because its not my fault that it happened and im not those kind of toxic player to leave, since 3-4 yrs im playing it and i never left a game... maybe once a long time ago :-?... but goin back to the subject this happened only recently because of the bug :( . I dont want this to result in a perma ban :(. This started to happen since 5.3 even 5.2 patch since most of the people started to lag and having problems with the client.
