This problem has been out for more than 8 hours and riot is still "investigating the problem, which are pure lies.
to find a bug in a server or a program takes max 5-4 hours but riot ins't taking any action to the NA community and such, please get a rioter to tell us the problem before its too late.

Okay so let me see if I can follow your high level logic here...
Riot is being lazy because a patch broke their store and they haven't managed to fix it literally the same day the patch came out. That about sum it up?
Problem with that; even if Riot WAS a lazy, corrupt company (which they're not but let's go with your premise) why in the hell would they be lazy when it comes to getting their primary source of income up and running again? From a business perspective don't you think literally their highest priority right now is making the store function properly? They released new skins today. You think they are just okay with people being unable to access those skins and therefore fork over their money to Riot?
If the answer to that question is yes, I have a follow up question; are you full on retarded or just ninety-nine point nine-nine percent? GG moving on.
if i may add It wasn't just the patch, some players have had this since last Friday, myself included.
