[GAMEPLAY] Not showing black ticks on HP bar & Shadows Bug/Character Inking
The HP bars no longer show the black tick marks every hundred health, or they look very strange and they don't seem to have an order. With the shadow bug, it seems to show a silhouette or outline of where the character has recently walked and they stack on top of each other . I have tried everything in the game settings to fix this but nothing has worked, and this has not happened to me at all until now. Both of these bugs started at the same time.
1)The HP bar bug seems to happen no matter what i do 2)The shadow bug only happens when i turn** shadows to low** , ** Character quality to medium** and Character Inking ON

*FIXED!! For AMD users only:
- open catalyst control.
- navigate to preference then advance view
- navigate to gaming>3D Application settings>Frame Rate Control
- Change Vertical Refresh to "Always On" and Open GL Triple Buffering to "on" then Apply
