Azir's bug

I have played Azir as a midlaner recently. I have found that his E often missed connection during the fights. For instance, I press W, Q out, but cannot directly connect with Azir's E as a combination sometimes. I have found that he has had a laggy E in the game play. Hopefully, riot can fix it as soon as possible.
