Need Riot / 10 BLOCKED ACCOUNTS (IMPORTANT)

My friends and I just did a custum lobby and when we start the game, we were stuck in the lobby. We decided to all quit the game and now we all get an error message when we try to start a game. We are currently 10 to have a blocked account.
