[GAMEPLAY] Eternity passive not working

When playing ARAM as Lissandra I had to buy a recommended Rod of Ages. With each spellcast I gained a bit of HP in the first few minutes after obtaining it. Then the passive stopped working eg. i didn't get HP after using a spell. Though i didn't pay attention to the damage-mana conversion. Could you please look into it?
