Jungle camps bugging out from Fizz E (GamePlay)

When Fizz engage a jungle camp with his E the jungle camp doesn't start attacking anyone and keeps regenerating its own Health and The patience bar doesn't drain.

This mostly happens on the smaller camps I did not experience this issue on the buff camps.
