League of Legends Client Will Not Open

So, for about a month now I have been unable to open league of legends and it is driving me nuts. I have done everything in the troubleshooting sections provided by Riot as well as reinstalled the client several times and using the Hextech Repair tool. I have tried all compatibility settings, running as an administrator and even created a virtual machine to check if it would work and it did. So the only option I see right now is a factory reset which I do not want to do as I don't see why I would need to do so for a single game when it worked before it got patched a month ago.

If anybody can provide more steps to try or a rioter wants the log files for this I would be happy to provide them. (Edit: When double clicking the exe/launcher it opens the league of legends emblem like it wants to launch and then it just sits there and stops responding.) -Joe
